Pilates Reformer

Experience the ultimate full-body workout on a specialised reformer machine. Expect length, strength, and deep core engagement as springs and resistance support and challenge you through a flowing sequence of movements. Each class blends precision and creativity - keeping your body guessing and your mind present.

Pilates Mat

Grounded and graceful - Pilates Mat uses bodyweight and props to strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance stability. The focus is on control, breath, and alignment. Perfect for beginners and seasoned movers alike, every exercise can be layered to match your level.

CIRCL Mobility™

A low-impact class focused on mobility, flexibility, and energy flow. Designed to release tension and improve joint movement, CIRCL Mobility™ combines dynamic stretching, balance, and breathwork to restore vitality and reduce stress - leaving you feeling lighter and more aligned.

We keep it simple with our Easy Pack Approach - no hidden fees, no contracts.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kasia Fulton, an AUSactive Registered Fitness Professional with over 12 years of experience teaching movement.
 

In my full-time role, I’m a Performance Development Coach in the HR tech space, helping teams grow and transform the way they work. Outside of that, you’ll find me on the mat, reformer, or dance floor, teaching Pilates and Zumba, helping people feel strong, aligned, and alive in their bodies.


My love for Pilates deepened after a spinal fusion following an accident,  a journey that reshaped my understanding of movement, recovery, and resilience. Just four months post-surgery, I was back teaching, proof that with the right mindset and guidance, your body is capable of more than you think.
 

I adore both Mat and Reformer Pilates; Mat brings that grounded, inner-core challenge, while Reformer adds a bit of fun, spring-loaded sass. Together, they build strength, balance, and often spark a giggle when those muscles start to shake!

 

I’m lucky to have an amazing family, a beautiful beach down the road, and a caring local community. Life’s too short not to move, laugh, and share a cuppa with good people and that’s precisely what @studio88 is all about.

My Philosophy

I’ve always believed that movement is more than exercise; it’s self-expression, healing, and empowerment.
 

That belief inspired me to create @studio88: a warm, boutique home studio where every person feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Small class sizes mean I can focus on your form, your goals, and your growth, ensuring you move safely, effectively, and with purpose.
 

But beyond the physical, I want @studio88 to be a place where you can pause, connect, and exhale. A space where movement becomes community. After class, you’re welcome to stay for a chat and a cup of tea (hot or iced!), share a laugh, and get to know the people around you.

 

I believe in nurturing both physical and mental well-being,  because when you move well, you live well!

Why a home studio?

Because Pilates is personal.
 

Here @studio88, classes are intentionally small:
 

  • Reformer (max 4 participants)

  • Mat & CIRCL Mobility™ (max 6 participants) - Coming Soon
     

This allows me to focus on your individual alignment, form, and progress, ensuring every movement is purposeful. You’ll train in a beautiful, peaceful space that my husband Anthony and I created.
 

After class, stay for a chat and a cup of hot or iced tea - it’s all part of building connection and community.

Free 1:1 Discovery & First Flow Session

Your Pilates journey starts with a complimentary 45-minute Discovery & First Flow Session - where we explore your goals, posture, and mobility, and introduce you to the reformer.

You’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and ready to fall in love with Pilates from the very first movement (cheeky, but true ).

 

If the weather permits, we may even take the session outside - our beautiful deck is the perfect place to stretch under the sky.

Private & Small Group Sessions

Looking for something more personalised?
 

Book a private session (1:1) or create your own group of up to 4 - perfect for couples, friends, or family wanting to move together.

These sessions are tailored to your goals, needs, and any injuries or limitations you may have. Every movement can be modified to suit your unique body.
